The Control Panel and Reporting System is divided into five main areas: Product Control, Order Control, User Control, Coupons and Operations Reporting.

Upon login to the ORS, the Welcome Screen displays real-time summary Net sales data and provides quick links to daily sales summaries, news, and all other areas of the system.

Product Control gives you the ability to add/amend meta-data for your products such as descriptions, pricing, links and distribution rules — including enablement or blocking of distribution by international territory on a product-by-product basis. Changes you make in the Product Control area populate in real-time across the Trymedia Network.

Order Control allows our Customer Support Services or your customer support team to view individual order and customer information, as well as perform CS tasks such as reissuing invoices, refunding orders, exchanging orders and blocking suspected fraudsters. Orders may be looked up on any categorized field, including transaction type, email address, name, credit card number, etc.

User Control allows you to create new user accounts with subordinate access to the ORS. Each user may be given an access level assignment to control what they can/cannot see and change within the system. In this way, an accounting clerk may be permitted to view the sales reporting, but may be prohibited from amending any orders, for example.



Coupons allow you to dynamically create and/or delete end-user coupons on demand to meet your marketing objectives. Coupons, used in conjunction with the ActiveMARK Store, can be based on dollars off, percent off or free activations. The Coupon control allows you to define an unlimited number of coupons and create them in batches.

Operations Reporting within the ORS is among the most comprehensive and dynamic reporting systems available – and is completely integrated with the ActiveMARK Commerce and Distribution Service suite. You can view simple or advanced sales reports in real-time (including download/hosting statistics and other operational data). In every case, you may view cross-tabulated information by product, SKU, channel, date range and currency, mixed with any/all criteria you desire. Customizable graphs are automatically generated, charts may be sorted once produced, and raw data may be exported to your choice of analysis application.

Additionally, pre-defined ratios are included as tabulated fields, including revenue per gigabyte downloaded, percentage of people using download managers, and download failure rate. This allows you to quickly sort your product catalogue by both raw sales data and on a cost-basis. The ORS also includes Net-Net revenue calculations that show – at a glance – your net revenue calculation up to the minute.
